Veggie Cream Cheese
INGREDIENTS:
Base
455 grams cream cheese, softened to room temperature
28 grams ranch seasoning mix
Vegetables
1 medium carrot, peeled and finely diced
45 grams red bell pepper, finely diced
75 grams broccoli, finely chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Step 01
Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese in a large bowl on medium speed for 3 minutes until smooth and aerated.
Step 02
Incorporate the ranch seasoning mix into the cream cheese and beat for 1 additional minute until evenly blended.
Step 03
Gently fold the diced carrot, red bell pepper, chopped broccoli, and green onions into the cream cheese mixture using a rubber spatula until thoroughly combined.
Step 04
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to develop before serving.
