INGREDIENTS:

For the Chicken:

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast: Cubed or thinly sliced.

1 tablespoon olive oil: For cooking the chicken.

1 teaspoon garlic powder: For seasoning.

1 teaspoon dried oregano: A classic Mediterranean herb.

1/2 teaspoon paprika: Adds color and a hint of smokiness.

Salt and pepper to taste: To balance the flavors.

For the Pizza:

4 pieces  naan bread: Acts as the pizza base; soft and perfect for personal-sized pizzas.

1 cup tzatziki sauce: Creamy and tangy, serving as the “sauce” for the pizza.

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional): Adds a melty, cheesy layer (optional for a lighter version).

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved: Fresh and juicy topping.

1/2 cup cucumber slices: Adds crunch and freshness.

1/4 cup sliced red onion: For a mild, zesty kick.

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese: A tangy, salty finish.

Optional Garnishes:

DIRECTIONS:

1. Prepare the Chicken

Heat the  olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.

2. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the naan bread on a large baking sheet or pizza stone.

3. Assemble the Pizzas

Spread tzatziki sauce evenly over each piece of naan bread, leaving a small border around the edges.

If using, sprinkle a thin layer of mozzarella cheese over the tzatziki sauce.
