The Crispiest Cauliflower I’ve Ever Made
Perfect crispy-tender cauliflower with golden edges, seasoned with warm curry and a hint of sweetness. It’s a quick, flavorful side dish or appetizer with delicious texture and color.

INGREDIENTS:

1 large head cauliflower cut into florets

2-3 tbsp avocado oil divided

1 tsp sea salt

1 tbsp curry powder

1/2 tsp maple syrup optional

Fresh cilantro for garnish, optional

Toasted almonds for garnish, optional

Tahini drizzle for garnish, optional

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
Cut cauliflower into even-sized florets.
Toss florets with 1 tablespoon avocado oil, sea salt, curry powder, and maple syrup (if using).
Heat remaining oil in an oven-safe skillet over high heat until very hot.
Add cauliflower and sear for about 5 minutes until golden on the outside.
Transfer skillet to oven and roast for 10–15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until crispy and browned.
Garnish with fresh cilantro, toasted almonds, or a tahini drizzle if desired. Serve immediately.
