INGREDIENTS:

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter (softened to room temperature)
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs (room temperature)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or your favorite chocolate chunks)
Optional Add-Ins:
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 cup white chocolate chips or dark chocolate chunks
1 teaspoon instant espresso powder (enhances chocolate flavor)
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Preheat Your Oven
