Sweet And Sour Chicken

A delightful blend of tangy and sweet flavors with tender chicken pieces, complimented by vibrant vegetables and juicy pineapple chunks.
INGREDIENTS:
24 ounce bag popcorn chicken.
Vegetable oil, 1 Tablespoon.
Pineapple juice, ⅓ cup.
Green bell pepper, large diced.
Red bell pepper, large diced.
Sweet onion, large diced.
White vinegar, ⅓ cup.
Granulated sugar, ⅔ cup.
Water, ⅓ cup.
Pineapple chunks, 1 cup.
Ketchup, 2 ½ Tablespoons.
Salt, ½ teaspoon.
Water, 1 Tablespoon.
Cornstarch, 1 Tablespoon.
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare the popcorn chicken as directed on the packaging using either the oven or air fryer, then keep it aside.
In a sizable wok or skillet over a medium flame, warm up the vegetable oil until shimmering.
Introduce diced green and red bell peppers along with the sweet onion to the skillet. Stir and cook till they’re slightly charred and softened, roughly 5-8 minutes.
