Stuffed Crust Pizza Bites
INGREDIENTS:
Cheese
01 – 8 sticks mozzarella string cheese
02 – 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Dough
03 – 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (14 ounces)
Seasonings
04 – 1 teaspoon dried oregano
05 – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Butter
06 – 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Meat
07 – 24 slices regular pepperoni
For Serving
08 – Pizza sauce (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
01 – Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray.

02 – Unwrap the mozzarella string cheese sticks and cut each into three equal pieces.
03 – Combine dried oregano, garlic powder, and grated parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
04 – Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough onto a work surface and cut into 24 even pieces.
05 – Place one piece of string cheese in the center of each dough segment. Tightly roll the dough around the cheese, pinching edges to seal, and arrange seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 – Brush each dough roll with melted butter. Sprinkle the parmesan and herb mix evenly over the tops and press one slice of pepperoni onto each roll.
07 – Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
08 – Serve immediately with warm pizza sauce, if desired.
