Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake
INGREDIENTS:
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
DIRECTIONS:
Step 01
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 02
Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly on the bottom of the baking dish.
Step 03
In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Dollop the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry filling and gently spread.
Step 04
Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top—don’t mix!
Step 05
Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
Step 06
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Step 07
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or chilled!
