Strawberry Cheesecake Cinnamon Rolls
INGREDIENTS:
01 1 cup warm milk (about 110°F).
02 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet).
03 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
04 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted.
05 1 teaspoon salt.
06 2 large eggs.
07 4 cups all-purpose flour.
08 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (for filling).
09 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for filling).
10 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
11 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced.
12 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
13 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for filling).
14 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for filling).
15 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze).
16 2-3 tablespoons milk (for glaze).
17 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze).
18 Optional: 1/4 cup strawberry jam for extra flavor (for glaze).
DIRECTIONS:
Step 01
Activate the yeast in warm milk with 1/4 cup of sugar. Let it sit until frothy.
Step 02
Add the melted butter, salt, eggs, and 2 cups of flour. Mix well.

Gradually add the remaining flour, kneading the dough until it is smooth and elastic.

Let the dough rise in a greased bowl, covered, for about 1 hour.

Mix the softened butter, sugar, and cinnamon for the filling. Set aside.
