1 egg, beaten

1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon cornstarch (to thicken the sauce)

DIRECTIONS:

Prepare the chicken tenders:

Preheat the oil: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
