Soft Donut Chocolate Cake!
INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
120 g of flour
40 g of almond powder
50 g sugar-free cocoa powder
1 tbsp of liquid vanilla
160 g of brown sugar
100 g of milk
100 g of oil
1 packet of yeast
100g chocolate chips
approximately 130 g of spread
DIRECTIONS:
Whisk the eggs with the sugar, vanilla and milk.
Add the flour, cocoa powder, almond powder and baking powder then add the oil.
Mix the chocolate chips in a teaspoon of flour then add to the dough.
Grease the cavities of the mold, then pour the dough. It must cover all the cavities.
Place in an oven preheated to 175°C and cook for around 10 minutes.
Fill a pocket with spread and pipe into the hollows of the cakes.
