INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lbs turkey tenderloin
1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
1/4 cup honey
Juice of 2 limes
Zest of 1 lime
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium recommended)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Fresh cilantro (chopped, for garnish)
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Prepare the Marinade
1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Sriracha sauce, honey, lime juice, lime zest, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
Step 2: Marinate the Turkey
1. Place the turkey tenderloin in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
2. Pour the marinade over the turkey, making sure it’s evenly coated.
