Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Kielbasa Bites

Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Kielbasa Bites

INGREDIENTS:

2 pounds kielbasa, sliced into bite-size pieces (about 1-inch chunks — no ruler required)

1/2 cup honey (local honey if you’ve got it — I swear it tastes better)

1/2 cup Dijon mustard (or yellow in a pinch, but Dijon gives it that grown-up kick)

1/4 cup brown sugar (light or dark — use what’s in the cupboard)

2 cloves garlic, minced (or more, because honestly when is less garlic better?)

1 tablespoon soy sauce (adds a sneaky little depth)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Make the sauce: Grab a bowl — nothing fancy — and whisk together the honey, mustard, brown sugar, garlic, soy sauce, and pepper. Get it nice and smooth. Taste it. Good, right?

Load the slow cooker: Dump your sliced kielbasa in there. Pour the sauce over it. Stir so everything’s coated in that sweet, sticky goodness

Let it do its thing: Cover it up and cook on low for about 4 hours. If you’re nearby, give it a stir once or twice — I like to peek just to smell it, honestly.

Serve & smile: Give it one last gentle stir before serving. Skewer with toothpicks, pile it on a platter, or just hand folks a fork and step back. They won’t need much convincing.
