INGREDIENTS:

3-4 lbs pork loin or substitute pork shoulder for shredding

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos for gluten-free

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

5 cloves garlic minced

1 tsp dried thyme or 2 tsp fresh

1 tsp dried rosemary or 2 tsp fresh

salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
