Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Steak Packets

Juicy, tender steak slow-cooked in foil packets with rich garlic butter for maximum flavor and minimal effort. This simple four-ingredient recipe delivers melt-in-your-mouth results with a savory, buttery finish.
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs boneless steak sirloin or top round, cut into 4 pieces
8 tbsp unsalted butter softened
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp kosher salt plus more to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare four large sheets of heavy-duty foil. Lightly fold up edges to prevent butter from spilling.
In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and salt until well combined.
Pat steak pieces dry and place each in the center of a foil sheet. Divide garlic butter evenly over each piece.
Fold foil tightly around each steak to seal completely into packets.
Place packets seam-side up in the slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 3–4 hours, depending on thickness.
Let rest with lid on for 10 minutes. Carefully open packets away from face and serve with juices poured over steak.
