Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Potatoes
These creamy ranch potatoes are rich, buttery, and full of comforting flavor. Yukon Gold potatoes cook slowly in a velvety ranch-infused sauce with cream cheese and herbs, creating a tender, crowd-pleasing side dish that’s perfect for holidays or cozy dinners.

INGREDIENTS:

3 lb Yukon Gold potatoes scrubbed and quartered

8 oz cream cheese softened

4 tbsp unsalted butter cut into pieces

1 cup chicken broth low-sodium or vegetable broth

2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix

2 tbsp fresh chives chopped

1/2 tsp black pepper

salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Place quartered potatoes into the slow cooker.
In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese, butter, broth, ranch seasoning, chives, and pepper.
Pour the mixture evenly over the potatoes.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until fork-tender.
Stir gently to coat potatoes in the creamy sauce.
Taste and add salt if needed, then garnish with extra chives before serving.
