These slow cooker country-style pork ribs are tender, saucy, and practically fall apart with a fork. With just a handful of ingredients—barbecue sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar—you get that perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and savory with almost no effort.
INGREDIENTS:
3 to 3.5 lb boneless country-style pork ribs
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar packed
salt and pepper optional, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Pat pork ribs dry with paper towels.
Season lightly with salt and pepper if desired.
In a bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar until combined.
Place ribs in the slow cooker and pour sauce over the top, turning to coat evenly.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 3.5–4 hours.
Optional: remove some sauce and simmer to thicken before serving.
Serve ribs hot with extra sauce spooned over the top.
