Slow-Cooker Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwiches
Slow Cooker Chicken bacon and ranch sandwiches are ultra creamy, cheesy pulled chicken chunks smothered in a cream cheese, bacon and ranch mix! It’s also called crack chicken, which I’m not fond of such titles.
INGREDIENTS:
3 chicken breasts
16 oz cream cheese
1 oz dry Ranch mix (2 Tbsp)
1 cup Colby Jack cheese (grated)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
7 slices cooked bacon (chopped)
12 Hamburger Buns
DIRECTIONS:
Lightly grease slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Add the chicken, cream cheese, dry ranch, cheese, onion and garlic powder.
Cook on High for 3 hours. Shred the chicken then continue to cook for one more hour.
Garnish with bacon and serve in warm hamburger buns!
