Slow Cooker Candied Kielbasa
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces.
1 cup brown sugar.
1/2 cup ketchup.
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce.
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 01
Place sliced kielbasa in an even layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Step 02
In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.

Pour the sauce over the kielbasa and gently toss to ensure each piece is coated.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours, until the kielbasa is tender and flavors are melded.

Give the kielbasa a final gentle stir before serving, ensuring each piece is coated in sauce. Serve warm, straight from the slow cooker.
