INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs beef stew meat or chuck roast cut into bite-sized pieces

1 onion finely chopped

3 cloves garlic minced

4 cups beef broth

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 bay leaf

3 cups egg noodles

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup water

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

DIRECTIONS:

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the beef pieces until well-seared on all sides. This step is optional but adds a rich depth of flavor.
