Slow Cooker Amish Stuffing Pork Chops

Tender pork chops are slow cooked under a savory herb stuffing and cream of chicken topping for a simple Amish-inspired comfort meal. This easy three-ingredient recipe is hearty, creamy, and perfect for a no-fuss family dinner.
INGREDIENTS:
4 boneless pork chops about 1 inch thick
1 box herb-seasoned stuffing mix 6 oz, dry
1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz, undiluted
DIRECTIONS:
Lightly spray the inside of the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Place the pork chops flat in the bottom of the slow cooker, keeping them mostly in a single layer.
In a bowl, stir together the dry herb-seasoned stuffing mix and undiluted cream of chicken soup.
Spoon the stuffing mixture evenly over the pork chops, spreading it to the edges.
Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours, or on high for 2 1/2–3 hours, until the pork reaches 145°F and is tender.
Avoid lifting the lid during cooking so the heat stays steady and the stuffing sets properly.
Remove the lid and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
