Sicilian Chicken Soup

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1 large yellow onion, diced finely
4 stalks celery, diced finely
1 cup baby carrots
2 red bell peppers, chopped
1 can of white potatoes, sliced
1 can diced roasted tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
8 oz. pasta
DIRECTIONS:
Add the chicken, vegetables, tomatoes, about 8 cups of water, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a crockpot.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
Prepare the cooked pasta according to package instructions.
Add the cooked pasta to the slow cooker and stir.
