INGREDIENTS:

1 large celery stalk, chopped

Half of a yellow onion, chopped

Half of a red pepper, chopped

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

11oz can shoepeg corn, drained

14oz can french cut green beans, drained

10.75oz can condensed cream of celery soup

8oz sour cream

Salt and pepper to taste

1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

½ cup butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 8×8 baking dish.
