Ritz Cracker Toffee Bark
Buttery round crackers baked under homemade toffee and topped with melted chocolate. A salty-sweet holiday candy.
INGREDIENTS:
1 sleeve round buttery crackers about 35
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar packed
2 cups milk chocolate chips
holiday sprinkles optional
DIRECTIONS:
Heat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and lay the crackers in rows.
Boil the butter and brown sugar for 3 minutes, stirring.
Pour over the crackers.
Bake 5 to 6 minutes.
Scatter the chocolate on top, let it melt, then spread. Add sprinkles.
Chill until firm and break into pieces.
