INGREDIENTS:

2 cans pink salmon drained and flaked

1 cup saltine crackers finely crushed

2 eggs lightly beaten

0.5 cup milk

0.25 cup onion finely minced

1 tbsp dried parsley

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with foil; lightly grease.
Mix crackers, eggs, milk, onion, parsley, and seasoning until combined.
Gently fold in salmon until just combined.
Shape into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 35–40 minutes until firm and lightly golden.
