Ranch Cheddar Chicken Burgers

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs ground chicken.
1 egg.
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs.
1 oz ranch seasoning mix.
3 garlic cloves, smashed and minced.
1/2 cup finely diced onion.
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese.

DIRECTIONS:

Step 01

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, plain bread crumbs, ranch seasoning mix, minced garlic, finely diced onion, and finely shredded cheddar cheese. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Take care to avoid overmixing, as it can result in tough patties.

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 3/4-inch thick. This recipe should make about 6-8 patties, depending on your preferred size.
