4 bone-in pork chops (about 1.5 lbs / 680g total)
1 cup (200g) long-grain white rice
2 cups (480ml) chicken broth
1 can (10.5 oz / 298g) cream of mushroom soup
½ cup (120ml) milk
1 medium onion, finely diced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Preheat the Oven:
