Polish Kielbasa and Cabbage Soup

INGREDIENTS:
1 Pack Kielbasa, Sliced
4 cups Green Cabbage, Chopped
1 cup Carrots, Sliced
2 lb. Baby Red Potatoes, Cut into fourths
3 tsp Garlic, Minced
1 Onion, Sliced
8-10 cups Chicken Broth, Prepared
Salt and Pepper to Taste
DIRECTIONS:
Place the kielbasa into a large pot over medium-high heat, and sauté until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add the cabbage and onion to the same pot, and sauté for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Stir in the potatoes, carrots, kielbasa, and minced garlic.
Pour in the chicken broth.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bring the mixture to a boil, and then simmer for 20 minutes until the potatoes have softened.
