Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls

INGREDIENTS:

For the Rolls:

1 tube refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough if you prefer)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional, for extra flavor)

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped; optional)

Optional Toppings:

Pepperoni slices

Red pepper flakes

Fresh basil

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: Preheat Your Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) . Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2: Roll Out the Dough

Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface.

Use a rolling pin to gently stretch the dough into a rectangle about 12×8 inches.

Step 3: Add the Cheese

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan and Italian seasoning (if using) over the mozzarella.

Step 4: Roll and Slice

Starting from one of the long sides, tightly roll the dough into a log.

Use a sharp knife to slice the log into 1-inch pieces. Arrange the rolls cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart …
