INGREDIENTS:

1 pound breakfast sausage (pork, turkey, or chicken)
2 cups pancake mix
1¼ cups milk
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Cooking spray or additional butter for greasing the baking dish

DIRECTIONS:

Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
