Oreo Lasagna
Have youever thought of a lasagna-like dessert? Well with this recipe for Oreo Lasagna you don’t have to thinkanymore. Because you will have everything you have always looked for.
INGREDIENTS:
1- 9 inch Chocolate Pie Shell
Filling:
1 package Cream Cheese, Soft
¼ cup Granulated Sugar
2 tbsp Whole Milk, Cold
2 tubs of Cool Whip
Topping:
2 boxes Instant Chocolate Pudding
3 ¼ cup Whole Milk, Cold
Garnish:
½ cup Mini Chocolate Chips.
¾ cup cool Whip, Remaining cool whip
1 cup Chocolate Chips
DIRECTIONS:
Unwrap the pie crust. Set aside.
Filling:
In a medium size mixing bowl, with an electric mixer, cream the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Beat in the chilled milk, sugar. Mix well.
Add 1 ¼ cups Cool Whip.
Use a rubber spatula to blend the ingredients together.
Scoop the filling into the pie crust.
Spread it over the pie with an offset spatula.
