Oreo Dark Chocolate

It’s cold and I want to eat something sweet

INGREDIENTS:

100g Oreo cookie crumbs | 45g butter | 80g dark chocolate

Milk chocolate 20g | Light cream A80g | Light cream B120g

2 Oreo cookies | 10g sugar

Oreo Chocolate Cream Tart

DIRECTIONS:

1. Crush the Oreo cookies with a blender and mix well with the melted butter.

2 Pour into the mold, flatten with a cup, and refrigerate until later use

3. Heat the light cream + dark chocolate + milk chocolate over low heat and stir.

4 Pour into the biscuit tart and refrigerate for more than 4 hours until solidified

5 Whisk whipped cream B + sugar + two pieces of Oreo biscuits, mix them, decorate with flowers, then add mini Oreo biscuits for decoration
