INGREDIENTS:

1 cup long grain white rice

1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup

1 can 10.5 oz cream of celery soup

1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup

1 1/2 cups water

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 envelope onion soup mix

Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the baking dish: Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix the base ingredients: In the prepared baking dish, combine the rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, and water. Stir until evenly mixed.
Add the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them on top of the rice mixture, pressing them slightly into the mixture.
Top with onion soup mix: Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the chicken and rice.
