No Bake Reese’s Krispy Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

¾ C. Sugar

4 C. Rice Krispies

½ C. Chocolate chips

1 ¼ C. Peanut butter

1 C. Light corn syrup

4 Peanut butter cups regular sized

DIRECTIONS:

Place the corn syrup, peanut butter and sugar into a pot over high heat. Stir continuously, and cook for 2 minutes. Stir for another 30 seconds.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the Rice Krispies into a large mixing bowl, and pour the mixture over them. Stir to combine.
Quickly fold in the chocolate chips.
Mix in the chopped up Reese’s cups.
Form the mixture into evenly sized balls or cookies, and place onto the parchment paper baking sheet.
Allow to set for 15 minutes before serving.
