INGREDIENTS:
Dry Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup vanilla protein powder
¼ cup dried blueberries
1 teaspoon lemon zest
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
Wet Ingredients
⅓ cup almond butter
2 tablespoons honey
DIRECTIONS:

In a medium bowl, mix together the rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, dried blueberries, lemon zest, cinnamon, chia seeds, and shredded coconut. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
