INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (about 20–25 cookies, crushed)

1/4 cup granulated sugar

6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

For the Peanut Butter Filling:

1 cup creamy peanut butter

8 oz cream cheese (softened to room temperature)

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip, thawed)

For the Chocolate Ganache:

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup heavy cream

Optional Toppings:

Whipped cream

Crushed peanuts

Chocolate shavings

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: Make the Crust

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Use the back of a spoon or the bottom of a measuring cup to smooth and compact the crust.
