No-Bake Banana Condensed Milk Cake
This Banana and Condensed Milk Cake is a delightful dessert that’s creamy, sweet, and requires no oven. Perfect for when you’re short on time but still want a treat that impresses.
INGREDIENTS:
For the Cake:
2 ripe bananas – Naturally sweet and creamy.
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk – The base for the cake.
1/2 cup milk (optional) – To adjust the consistency.
1 cup crushed biscuits or graham crackers – Acts as the “cake” layer.
1/2 cup melted butter – Helps bind the biscuit layer.
For the Topping:
1/2 cup whipped cream – Optional, for a light finish.
Chopped nuts, chocolate shavings, or caramel drizzle – For garnish.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Prepare the Base
In a bowl, combine the crushed biscuits or graham crackers with melted butter.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a cake pan or deep dish to form a solid base. Set aside in the refrigerator to firm up while you prepare the filling.
Step 2: Make the Filling
In a blender or mixing bowl, beat the bananas and sweetened condensed milk together until smooth and creamy.
If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk to reach a pudding-like consistency.
Step 3: Assemble the Cake
Pour the banana-condensed milk mixture over the prepared biscuit base.
Spread evenly with a spatula and smooth the top.
Step 4: Chill and Set
Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours to set properly.
Step 5: Add Toppings and Serve
Before serving, spread whipped cream over the top (if using) and garnish with chopped nuts, chocolate shavings, or a drizzle of caramel.
Slice and enjoy this creamy, no-bake treat!
