Mexican Avocado Tomatillo Spicy Salsa

INGREDIENTS:

5 tomatillos, husked and rinsed
1 ripe avocado
1-2 serrano or jalapeño peppers (adjust for heat)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup onion, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Cook the Tomatillos:
Place the tomatillos in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the tomatillos are softened. Drain and allow them to cool slightly.
Blend the Ingredients:
