These Marshmallow Gumdrop Bars are a massive hit at every birthday party and holiday gathering! With a chewy, sweet marshmallow base, creamy white chocolate, and festive red and green gumdrops, these bars are fun, colorful, and completely irresistible. With only a few ingredients and no baking required, this recipe is perfect for making large batches—just like I do when I make 500 of them at parties!

INGREDIENTS:

Miniature marshmallows 2 packages
Butter, melted 2 tablespoons
White chocolate chips 2 packages
Red and green gumdrops 1 ½ cups

DIRECTIONS:

1. Prepare the Marshmallow Mixture:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine miniature marshmallows and melted butter.
Microwave in 1-minute intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
2. Melt the White Chocolate:
In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
3. Combine the Ingredients:
Pour the melted white chocolate over the marshmallow mixture.
Stir well until everything is fully combined.
Gently fold in the red and green gumdrops to evenly distribute them.
4. Form the Bars:
Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Pour the mixture into the dish and press it into an even layer.
5. Chill & Slice:
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
Remove from the pan and slice into bars.
Serve and enjoy the chewy, chocolatey, and festive goodness!
