Mango Sticky Rice
INGREDIENTS:
Sticky rice (1 cup, soaked overnight)
Coconut milk (1 cup)
Sugar (1/4 cup)
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Ripe mango (1, sliced)
DIRECTIONS:
Steam the rice until tender.
Heat coconut milk with sugar and salt, stir until dissolved.
Mix the rice with half the coconut milk.
Serve with mango slices and the remaining coconut milk.
