Lemonade Puppy Chow

INGREDIENTS:

9 cups Chex cereal

1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

1/4 cup unsalted butter

4 teaspoons lemon zest

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 cups powdered sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS:

Place cereal in a large bowl and set aside.

In a separate microwave-safe bowl, add white chocolate chips, butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Continue microwaving in 30 second intervals until melted, stirring in between.

Pour mixture over cereal and stir gently until completely coated.

Transfer to a large ziplock bag, add powdered sugar and salt and shake well until totally coated. Serve and enjoy!
