Lamb Chops

INGREDIENTS:

Lamb chops (8 pieces)
Olive oil (2 tbsp)
Garlic, minced (4 cloves)
Fresh rosemary, chopped (1 tbsp)
Fresh thyme, chopped (1 tbsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
Black pepper (1/2 tsp)
Lemon juice (2 tbsp)

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the mixture all over the lamb chops.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear lamb chops for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until desired doneness.
Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
