INGREDIENTS:

2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

16 ounces ground beef

½ medium onion, thinly sliced

1 bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

4 ounces cream cheese

Salt & black pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat Your Oven

Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper—this will make removing the cheese wraps much easier.

2. Cook the Filling

In a large skillet over medium-high heat:

Add the ground beef, sliced onion, and sliced bell pepper.

Sauté for about 6–8 minutes, or until the beef is fully browned and the vegetables are soft.

Drain any excess grease.

Next, stir in:

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

4 oz cream cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Continue stirring until the cream cheese is completely melted and everything is creamy and well-combined.

4. Assemble the Roll Ups

Let the cheese circles cool for 1–2 minutes—they should still be warm and pliable.

Gently roll the cheese around the filling, forming a wrap.

Let them cool slightly so the cheese firms up and holds its shape.
