Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip

INGREDIENTS:

8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional for extra gooeyness)
1–2 jalapeños, finely chopped (adjust to heat preference)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or cilantro (for garnish)
Sliced jalapeño (for topping)
Dash of paprika or chili powder (for color)

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) if baking for a hot dip.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
Transfer to a small oven-safe dish.
Optional (for hot version): Bake for 15–20 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
Garnish with jalapeño slices, fresh herbs, and a sprinkle of paprika or chili powder.
