Italian Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta
This Italian Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta recipe is the perfect meal for a cozy night in, the Italian dish is filled with flavorful ingredients such as creamy alfredo sauce, sundried tomatoes, and tender chicken.

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs Chicken Breasts
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
2 Garlic Cloves
3 C Baby Spinach
8 oz Sun-dried Tomatoes
3 C heavy Cream
1/2 C Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb Penne Pasta

DIRECTIONS:

Put skillet on med-high heat and add oil.
Season chicken with salt and pepper and cooked chicken until brown and no longer pink in the middle.
Once cooked slice into cubes and set to the side.
Cook Penne pasta according to instructions.
In a saucepan over medium heat melt butter and add in the tomatoes, garlic, and spinach. Cook until tender.
Add in the cream and cook for another few minutes.
Add in Italian seasoning and the parmesan cheese and mix.
Lastly add the chicken and pasta in and stir.
Serve and enjoy!
