INGREDIENTS:

1 sheet puff pastry (store-bought or homemade, thawed if frozen)

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)

1/4 cup honey (plus extra for drizzling)

Optional Add-Ins:

Chopped nuts (like pecans or almonds)

Mini chocolate chips

Vanilla extract (a splash for extra flavor)

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: Preheat Your Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) . Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it for easy cleanup.

Step 2: Prepare the Puff Pastry

Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to smooth any creases.

Brush the entire surface of the pastry with melted butter, ensuring even coverage.

Step 3: Add the Cinnamon Sugar

In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.

Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the buttered pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.

Step 4: Roll and Slice

Starting from one long side, tightly roll the pastry into a log.

Use a sharp knife to slice the log into 1-inch pieces. Place the slices cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Step 5: Bake the Roll-Ups

Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes , or until the roll-ups are golden brown and puffed.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly on the baking sheet.
