HONEY BUTTER SKILLET CORN
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups fresh corn kernels (off the cob)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare your ingredients by cutting the fresh corn off the cob.
Melt unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat until slightly bubbling.
Add fresh corn kernels to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes until coated in butter.
Drizzle honey over the corn, then add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Cook until the corn is tender and slightly caramelized, about another 5 minutes.
Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
