INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs (900 g) baby potatoes, halved or quartered
6 slices of bacon, chopped
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Step 2: Prepare the Potatoes
In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
Step 3: Add the Bacon
Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the chopped bacon evenly over the potatoes.
