INGREDIENTS:

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion diced

2 cloves garlic minced

1 tbsp fresh ginger grated

1 cup celery chopped

1 cup carrots julienned

3 cups cabbage thinly sliced

8 oz mushrooms sliced

8 oz cooked chow mein noodles or cooked spaghetti

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce optional

1 tsp sesame oil

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 cup beef broth

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 cup cheddar cheese grated (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Green onions or chives chopped (for garnish)

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
