GARLICKY RIBEYE STEAK KABOBS WITH ROASTED ASPARAGUS AND POTATOES

INGREDIENTS:

– 2 lbs good quality steak (such as ribeye), cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
– 10 small button mushrooms
– 1 large red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
– 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
– 2 medium-size potatoes, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
– 1 bunch of asparagus
– 5 tablespoons minced garlic
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the steak pieces, mushrooms, red onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic.
3. Add the salt, black pepper, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the bowl. Toss everything together to ensure all the ingredients are coated with the seasonings.
