Garlic Potato Pops
Tantalizingly crispy and infused with aromatic garlic butter.
INGREDIENTS:
1 tsp garlic granules.
1 tsp onion granules.
1 tsp paprika.
2 large potatoes (peeled and cubed).
Salt and pepper (to taste).
4 tbsp cornflour (add more as needed).
Cooking oil spray.
100 g butter.
2 tsp garlic granules.
Fresh parsley (a handful, chopped).
DIRECTIONS:
1. Begin by peeling and cubing the potatoes, then simmer them until they are tender enough to easily pierce with a fork. Drain the water thoroughly.
2. Move the boiled potatoes to a bowl. Introduce the garlic granules, onion granules, paprika, as well as salt and pepper to taste. Mash vigorously until the mixture is smooth, then incorporate the cornflour to reach a doughy texture.
3. Shape the potato mixture into small balls and arrange them neatly in the basket of an air-fryer. Apply a light coating of cooking oil spray.
4. Set the air fryer to 200°C, cooking the potato balls for 15-20 minutes. Give the basket an occasional shake to ensure even browning …
